S I L E X Asset Management S.A.R.L. is our management company in Luxembourg under the supervision of the CSSF.
It was registered in april 2017 as an alternative investment fund manager (AIFM).
Fund supplier partners (custodian banks, central governments, top-tier audit firms) have been selected based on security, reliability and efficiency, as well as modernity and process automation.
We have worked for a long time with prime brokers as we believe them to be the safest, most competitive and the fastest (electronic trading). Transaction fees (generally between 0.1 and 1bp) have been optimized to the maximum to guarantee the best execution in a dynamic and fast-reacting management context.
Our management team uses both quantitative tools and fundamental expertise. It collaborates with the Research & Development department to execute its investment and risk management process. It is headed by Benoit Brochart, a former portfolio manager for Unigestion, where he worked for seven years on quantitative analysis models and minimum variance optimization. His prior experience as an equity derivatives trader and his rigorous approach to risks are excellent assets to the team.
Our platform has an open, flexible design, created to enable our partners to build their own funds, with white label potential, in conditions that are much more flexible and competitive than those on the market. As well as providing regular advice on investment strategies, we take full responsibility for risk control, intraday monitoring and executing orders.
Each “sub-fund” in our Sicav S I L E X FUND company is a dedicated, segregated compartment with its own investment strategy. Financial assets can be diversified and include in particular the traditional, listed stocks, debt and derivatives such as listed futures and options.
We’ve created our own proprietary management strategies by capitalizing on our team’s expertise.
Our proprietary funds cover the whole asset universe: equity, bond, funds and derivatives.
Our rigourous risk management process combines a systematic approach, a qualitative filter,
and the exclusive use of liquid listed instruments.
